ASTROPHELS
Philadelphia trio Astrophels is the heaviest band at the indie show and the softest band at the metal show. Their sound serves melodic lyrics-forward vocals on top of hard-hitting drums and bass; filling the space with guitars that shift from ambient to heavy as needed. Their live shows and debut EP “Aries” brought them early success in their local scene; winning awards at the Elephant Talk Indie Music Awards and being featured in local radio and film soundtracks. In June of 2025, Astrophels celebrated the release of their second EP “Aurora” with a release show at Harrah’s Casino. A DIY band at heart, the three-piece is currently writing and self-recording their next release for the winter.
